Following the success of our conference at the beginning of our activity and the interest generated we decided to repeat the experience. This time it will be oriented differently with more emphasis on recording customer data and how to use this data.
You’re in the care of your clients throughout the year. So why not put your clients to good use this time around?
It is difficult to estimate the value of the data you have on your clients. So many parameters influence it, but let’s assume that if you manage to bring back one customer out of every 100 in your database for a table of 4 every 2 years, the annual value of each entry in your database would then be between €0.80 and €1.20, or even more depending on the type of your restaurant and its capacity.
Thanks to the implementation of data recording systems (GDPR friendly), this database will continue to grow. For some of our customers, we have databases with more than 6000 entries. A database that is therefore extremely valuable! Congratulations to them!
